East Texas Performing Arts, Inc. donated a Regiment US Regulation Bugle to the Marshall Jr ROTC. The immediate goal is to have a cadet learn to play taps for various ceremonies. The bugle becomes a teaching tool and provides a goal to which cadets can aspire and achieve.
We appreciate the community service that our cadets perform and admire this outstanding program, and proffer huge thanks to Master Sgt. Brian Cumberland for all he accomplishes with these high school cadets and the service he provides for the entire community.
